Jumble thanks.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our annual Jumble sale which was held last week. Volunteers and committee members worked hard on the Friday to put all the Jumble out on display and around thirty kind volunteers arrived first thing on Saturday to help with the selling and catering. Special thanks to those who helped with the clearing up afterwards. Thanks too to all who came and purchased the many bargains which were on offer.

As you can appreciate fund raising at the Hall is more important than ever with all the rising costs particularly the energy bills and we are delighted to say that £2,700 was raised at the event.

Thanks again to our lovely Villagers who volunteer each year but particular mention must go to our helpers who travel from much further afield, we really do appreciate your support.
