Calling all gents, come along to the Village Hall match room on Friday morning from 10.a.m – Noon and enjoy some male company. Play cards, dominoes,chess, scrabble, even a game of table tennis or simply a social chat with unlimited hot drinks and biscuits for just £3.00. Access to the match room is via the back door and take the first immediate right turn into the warm and welcoming space which was originally the match room for the Snooker Hall. Held fortnightly up until Christmas. November 7th and 21st . December 5th and 19th.
The morning is proving to be pretty popular as more people get to hear about it and its a great way to meet people particularly if you are new to the village. After Christmas it may be held weekly if there is enough interest.
