Due to Covid restrictions anyone wishing to raise a matter in the Public participation session they must first of all contact the clerk at gargravepc@yahoo.com to inform of the subject they wish to discuss and they will then be given a time slot to attend the meeting.

Only one member of the public will be allowed in the Annexe at any one time when the meeting is in progress.
