Open day and Bibliophile sale ( to include records,cd`s and dvd`s).

A one off event to celebrate National Village Halls week, the whole premises will be open for viewing including the self contained Snooker room. Some of our regular hirers will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have about their classes, The Art Exhibition section and The Pantomine section will have displays. The Library committee will be on hand to chat about the Library and the film shows and the Parish council will also be represented. Christine our bookings secretary will be able to help with any prospective new bookings and the table tennis group will be playing in the Annexe. Homemade refreshments will be provided all day by the members of the Library Committee, The Village Hall Management Committee and their friends.

Please do also come along to grab some real bargains, we have hundreds and hundreds of books in storage and it is time they found a new home. We are holding a huge bargain sale of the books at the Open day which will be in the centre of the main hall, 50p each or fill a carrier bag for £2.00 or a box for £5.00. We are also using the same incentive with the sale of records, cds and dvds. Please come along and treat yourself to some real bargains.
