The Cinema Club kick off their Autumn/Winter season of  films on Friday evening. 7.p.m for a 7.30.p.m start.

The Penguin Lessons is a heart warming film based on the true story of an English teacher who rescues a penguin from an oil spill and smuggles the bird back to Argentina. The penguin becomes a special friend and has a profound affect on both the boys and the teachers. The main characters are played by Steve Coogan, Jonathan Pryce and Vivian El Jaber.

The cafe style seating will be in place so please bring along your own refreshments. Admission is £5.00 per person, cash only please. Accompanied under sixteens are free. Sorry only guide dogs are allowed to this event.

All proceeds from the film nights go towards the running costs of the community Library.
